Information You Provide

We will collect personal information from you (including but not limited to your name, date of birth, health and fitness (height, weight, race, etc), email address, work life, credit card information, phone number, address, National Identity Number, Social Security Number, etc) when you register or use our Services. We may label which information is mandatorily required for your registration and which is optional and may be given at your discretion (collectively, referred to as your “Personal Information”).

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information of a child under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete such information from our records as soon as possible.

All Personal Information provided by users outside Nigeria will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Nigerian Data Protection Act 2023 and any re-enactments or amendment thereto.

Information We Collect

In addition to the Personal Information which you provide to us, we collect certain information that your device sends when you use our Services, like a device identifier, user settings, as well as information about your use of our Services.
We also collect certain information that your web browser sends when you visit our website, like the Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser, referring/exit pages and URLs, pages viewed, and other such information about your use of our Services. We use the information we collect to provide our Services (or the information you request), including fulfilling your fitness orders and delivering them to you, to process and complete any transactions, to respond to inquiries, to personalize and improve our Services and your experiences when you use our Services, to monitor and analyse usage and trends of our Services, to send you administrative messages regarding the operation and use of our Services, and for any other purpose for which the information was collected.

Information we share with others

In order to fulfil any of your requests, such as delivering a purchase to you, where required, we may share your Personal Information with a third-party.

Your Personal Information may be accessed and used by our service providers who are working with us in connection with the operation of our Services (these service providers may have access to your Personal Information but only to the extent necessary to perform services on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose that information or use it for any other purposes). We may share information about you if we are (or if we believe we are) required by law or legal process (such as a subpoena, warrant or court order), if we have to respond to a lawful request from legal authorities to disclose such information, or if we need to enforce or apply this Privacy Policy, our Terms and Condition or our other policies. How to Access Your Information

At your request, we will advise you on what Personal Information we have in our possession or control about you, what it is being used for, or to whom and why it has been retained or disclosed. If you would like us to delete Personal Information about you from our system, please contact us with a request that we delete your Personal Information from our database. We will use reasonable efforts to honour your request; however, we may retain an archived copy of your information as required by law and/or for record keeping purposes.

Security Measures We Take to Protect Your Information

We employ appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of your Personal Information such as:

1. Permitting only authorized employees, consultants, third party vendors or other agents, who are trained in the proper handling of user’s Personal Information and authorized to handle the Personal Information, to have access to Personal Information.
2. Keeping all Personal Information in our secure servers. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that all Personal Information is kept private and confidential.
3. Ensuring that your registered accounts, where applicable, are secured and kept private by authenticated passwords. Where we have provided you or where you have chosen a password which enables you to access our Services, it is your responsibility to keep the password confidential and not to share your password with any third parties.

We acknowledge that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. In the event of a breach of your Personal Information being stored or processed by us, we shall on becoming aware of such breach take appropriate steps to mitigate the breach and notify you of the nature of the breach including advising on measures which you can take to mitigate effectively the possible adverse effect of such breach.

Your Rights

This section explains your rights and some of our responsibilities to help you. In addition to your rights under the Nigerian Data Protection Act 2023, you have the following rights with respect to your Personal Information:

1. Get an electronic copy of your Personal Information – You can ask to see or get an electronic copy of your Personal Information we have about you. We will provide a copy or a summary of your Personal Information, usually within thirty (30) days of your request. We may charge a reasonable cost-based fee in this regard.
2. Ask us to limit what Personal Information we use or share – You can ask us not to use or share certain Personal Information.
3. Get a list of those with whom we have shared Personal Information – You can ask for a list of the times we have shared your Personal Information, who we shared it with, and why.

How else can we use or share your Personal Information?

We may share your Personal Information with third parties in line with the provision of the Nigerian Data Protection Act 2023 and all other applicable laws. We can share your Personal Information for certain situations such as: complying with the requirements of any applicable law and relevant law enforcement, respond to lawsuits and legal actions, responding to a court or administrative order or subpoena, etc.
